We went down to Ticaboo for a side by side ride. Opted to stay at this lodge. Reservations were easy and the room was as expected. We were greeted by Thomas. He gave us great insight for a couple rides including "the taste of Ticaboo" trail …

This was our first time in Ticaboo. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. The room was big, comfortable, clean and quiet. We had plenty of parking even with all the trailers for the UTVs. We would definitely come back for all the great trails and interesting things to do. The front desk staff was the best! Friendly and knowledgeable.

We stayed at the Ticabo Lodge years ago. We are very happy with the new management/ownership. We were pleasantly surprised with the room. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the motel was quiet with plenty of parking. Most important of all, the front desk staff was awesome! We will definitely stay again!

Stayed for Rally in Bullfrog Valley. The room was big and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. We had plenty of parking even with all the trailers for the UTVs. We would definitely come back for all the great trails and interesting things to do.

We had a lovely stay! This area is surprisingly beautiful and the drives to and from the lodge were gorgeous. The staff was excellent and gave us such helpful advice about where to go. The room was clean and comfortable.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was a mold smell throughout the entire hotel (my room, main lobby, all hallways). My shower had mold between the white tiles. The ceiling tiles had water stains from an old leak. The linoleum in the bathroom was peeling up around the edges near the shower. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The wood bed frame didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. The sheets were clean and warm, but that was about it.

There are two options for hotels in the Bullfrog area, and Ticaboo is consistently a better value. The rooms are clean, basic and comparable to Defiance House (nearer the lake). Food is available at the grill a few minutes away. Plenty of parking with available electric plugs for charging boat batteries.

We stayed at the RV park and had a great time. The RV pull through spots are numbered weird, not marked well, and don't match the little map we received at check-in. So it took us a minute to figure out our spot but Thomas was helpful. It's a great location for OHV trail riding with several awesome trails and sites around. There aren't fire pits at the sites, but we brought our own fire pan. The spots are in sand, but be careful because there are sharp stickers hiding in the sand that get stuck in your shoes, pets' feet, your toes. The phone service is very spotty at the RV site, but the main lodge has WiFi for those that need a spot to do a quick school or work meeting. This is our 2nd time here and it was a lot of fun. The desk staff are super friendly and helpful.

We attented the annual SxS Rally and they allowed us to dry camp in the parking lot for a reduced fee. The price was right, the location was amazing, the Rally was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be doing this again.
